All prices are listed in EUR. Since our products are custom-made digital services, no physical shipping fees apply. In the shopping cart, you will see the total price including all applicable fees and sales tax.
AIVideoGenerator.shop reserves the right to change or correct prices on placed orders. This applies if a stated price is obviously incorrect. In such cases, AIVideoGenerator.shop reserves the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund to the customer.

Orders & Service Policy
Any attempt at fraud or orders placed in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the proper authorities. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure you enter the correct email address.

After placing your order, you may be asked to provide a description of the AI video you want us to create. Once we have received your video description, we will begin working on your custom AI-generated video.

Because our AI videos are custom-made digital services, we do not offer standard returns once work has started or the final video has been delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service and we will review your request and help with reasonable corrections where possible.

Digital Delivery & Payment
We offer secure payment options via Klarna and Credit/Debit Cards.
Our normal delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of your video request. During periods of high order volume, delivery times may be longer. Your finished AI-generated video will be delivered digitally via email or download link. No physical shipping or tracking number is required.
Discount codes must be applied before completing the purchase. AIVideoGenerator.shop cannot apply discount codes after a purchase has been completed.
